Hustle don't stop

Wah gwan. It's been a good, short week, but definitely exhausting. I feel as if Elder Wilson and I have milked the way that we do missionary work in our area dry. We're definitely going to be trying some different ways to find so we can teach people with higher chances to keep commitments, come to church, and become baptized and Confirmed. We'll see how it goes though

Highlights:
-We had MLC over zoom, and it was alright. The leadership in the mission talks a lot about wanting to increase the amount of baptisms happening here, but I feel like everything that we go over doesn't reflect on how to find, teach, and baptize more effectively. It was a decent meeting, just not at all what I hoped it would be like.

- We've been having some good lessons with Crystal and Henry. They're conversion is getting stronger and stronger every time we visit. They're starting to read the scriptures more and more consistently, praying about the things we ask them to, etc. However, all of this stuff that's helping them feel the spirit isn't transferring over to attending church. Something always happens or gets in the way. We're trying super hard to get them into the habit before they're hopefully baptized on March 16.

- The Cummings family is coming along pretty good. They're really starting to develop a relationship with the Book of Mormon. They haven't had what they feel is a spiritual confirmation yet, but they do recognize the truth that comes from it. Baptismal date soon come

- I went on an exchange with Elder Yates from Saratoga Springs. I went to his area in Old Harbour. I've been there quite a few times before in the past for exchanges back when the area was in a different zone. We had a good time and grinded it out. We had a member come with us and he's a dawg. He knew everyone in the area and they all loved him. We need more people in this world like Jacko

Spiritual thought:
The Book of Mormon truly is the word of God. If studied out properly, it can change your entire life. Any discomfort you may have in your life can be solved by relying on the Lord, and studying out His words given to us by prophets of old.

Bless,
Elder Turnbow
