Transfers

 This week was a little bit more on the rough side. We're still trying to figure out new ways to work the area and we've been having trouble doing so effectively and efficiently. Hopefully we'll be able to get it figured out soon

Highlights:

- transfer news! I'm staying in MayPen and bringing in Elder Patterson. He's a dawg and I'm super excited for this next transfer! It'll be super good for sure. They gave us the news over our weekly devotional this time around and it was hype. They just started saying names left and right and we were all just going crazy

- we had a lesson with an inactive members. She had been forgotten about and not contacted for forever. Unfortunately she's become a 7th day Adventist now which led to a very contentious meeting that I would not really like to repeat

- MCM meeting and Branch Councils have been fun recently. The leaders are just going off about who knows what and isn't really correlating with what we need to/supposed to talk about. Then when we try and set the meeting back on track (in a very unaggressive nonchalant way, might I add) they get defensive and start getting defensive and contention just thrives.

- We've been doing some exploring of the area and we've found a couple of cool spots that could be promising to find and baptize people. Definitely keep yall updated

Spiritual thought: 

I've been pretty behind on my CFM, so I was studying 1 Nephi 17 this week and I really enjoyed his attitude towards everything. Often times during the week I felt myself slipping into a Laman and Lemuel mood. However, when I recognized it and changed it to a Nephi perspective, the day wasn't as long, the work progressed more, and I was even happier! The gospel is truly amazing
