It was definitely a little slower of a week. Not too much went on. I was still with the other companion from last week because of the ordeal. We didn't really hit our key indicator goals, which sucked. Only kinda excuse we have is that there was a doesnt amount of rain. Besides that, we just didn't get it done.
All of the highlights that I card to remember right now:
- visited a young member who had returned from a misson a couple of years ago. He hasn't been terribly active, but he knows he needs to be better and has great desires to come back and be better
- We had a good district Council about how to work with the members. Definitely learned some stuff that I can apply
- had a good family home evening with some of the strong members in the ward. We talked about some ways to help build their own foundations and others as well
- we put our recent converts 2 kids on date for baptismal date.
Spiritual thought:
How cool is it that we have a prophet that leads and guides us today? Like God really talks to man here on Earth to help us return back to Him. Definitely a huge blessing!!
