trio life

Welcome back to another extremely mid weekly email. I hope you all are ready for it. The week was a little bit better than last week. We've really been struggling to get friends to come out to church these last few weeks and so finding people that are willing and able to come to church is going to be a big focus and priority for this upcoming week. We be praying for some miracles for real. On another note, since my previous companion, Elder Walton, is leaving tomorrow, we had one next missionary, Elder Lassche join us so we would have a smooth transition. It was chaotic to say the least.

Highlights:
- running 2 exchanges with Montego Bay ZLs (Elders Fiti and Gordon) and with Kingston ZL's (Elders Petersen and Egan). Elder Egan was on his deathbed though so he went home and died with an office Elder and since we were in a trio, Elder Lassche and I went at it. That day was probably the most effective out of the whole week.

- Getting Krispy Kremes for comp study

- The dumbest jokes constantly being said

- Elder Joshua "Dead" Walton jokes

- Elder Walton had a baptism nearby for one of his friends that he found in his previous area. We dropped him and another Elder off and went to pick them back up when it was over. Turns out that the rain a fall and mash up the entire baptism so it didn't happen since the friend was going to be baptized in a spring since the chapel doesn't have a font. Afterwards they switched to a chapel closer to us and Kingston and actually had a really spiritual baptism. One of the better experiences for me, and the perfect one for the lady being baptized.

- seeing one of my favorite members, Bro Norman Baker, and doing a tie trade

Spiritual thought:
Feeling and recognizing the spirit is one, if not my, favorite thing in the world. Nothing makes me feel more joyful, comfortable, and peaceful than it. Having the opportunity for it to be my constant companion is easily the greatest thing in the world. I hope to be able to maintain the feeling always, and would invite you all to make sure that you have it always

Love yall, big up
Elder Turnbow
